The winner of the writing contest is....

 Abigail F!
Thank you all for your entries in the writing contest! I loved reading them and looking at them all, I also made it available to add recipes and DIYs to the contest and a recipe won.
Congrats Abigail F!
Here is the winning entry:
Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark  adapted from from Meg’s Everyday Indulgence (notes at the bottom are not from Meg)
Pretzels
2 sticks of butter
1 cup of brown sugar
1 bag of chocolate chips
Coarse Sea salt
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil and place one layer of pretzels on it.
2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and the brown sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Let it boil gently just until it starts to stick to the bottom and it forms a nice smooth caramel. You’ll want to let it bubble a little and get really thick. Remove from heat and pour evenly over the top of the pretzels
3. Place in the oven at 350 degrees for five minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top. Put the pan back in the oven for one minute. Spread the chocolate chips around with a spatula until mostly melted. Sprinkle generously with salt.
4. Let cool on the counter top for a few minutes and then pop in the freezer for at least two to three hours. When it comes out of the freezer, break it up into uneven chunks with your hands and serve.

Note 1: Sometimes it sticks to the foil, so be careful when peeling it off.

Note 2: This is dangerously easy to consume and equally dangerous to make. Do not blame others when you eat it all at once. Also, when making it for guests, it may be advisable to make 2 pans, so that you can eat one beforehand, without feeling too bad.
