Garden

Garden:      

The July summer heat beat on my back, being as pale as I am, I could feel my arms and face burning. I pushed my sleeves up so I didn't get a ‘farmers tan’. My legs are full of itchy bumps, the mosquitoes enjoy when I ‘visit’ them… Anyways, I was just about done with the first row and pulled a ‘different’ kind of weed… I thought to myself, What plant is this? I know I’ve seen it before! I pulled and just the top came off. Ugh! I dug down and pulled up a baby potato! It was so cute, but I was wondering why it was in the pea row!?!? Apparently it was from last year and it grew again! ;)
